Dionne "Dancehall Funk" Renee’s professional dance career officially began when she became a Miami HEAT dancer in 2007. She booked her first music video while dancing for the NBA team and went on to perform as a principal dancer in numerous music videos with artists such as Sean Paul, Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, The Dream, Kevin Lyttle, Snoop Dogg, Shakira, and Usher, among others.

Dancehall Funk has toured locally and internationally. Her most recent tours include Shakira’s Sale el Sol World Tour and Usher’s Raymond vs. Raymond Promo Tour. In addition to touring, Dancehall Funk has appeared in films, such as Stomp the Yard 2 and television shows, such as ABC Family’s Bunheads and Disney’s Pair of Kings.

Dancehall Funk has also performed on numerous international televised shows throughout Germany, London, Spain, and France and other countries worldwide.
