Alyssa Lemons was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Since a young age, she predominately focused her training on Ballet and enrolled at the Texas Ballet Theater soon thereafter.

Alyssa was accepted into the ballet program at the University of Oklahoma on scholarship. After overcoming an injury and relocating, she graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. There Alyssa was asked to return as the Assistant Choreographer and Dance Captain in their production of The Music Man.

After performing as a featured dancer in multiple seasonal shows at Six Flags over Texas, Alyssa moved to New York City to attend both Broadway Dance Center’s Summer Professional Semester and Professional Semester Programs. She has since had numerous performing opportunities including dancing for Liza Minnelli on national television, and with the Spangles Dance Company in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Additionally, while training in the exclusive Invitational Rockette Intensive, Alyssa was one of the few hired to dance as an assistant to the Radio City Rockettes. She has had the privilege of teaching in multiple studios in the tri-state area.
