*In order to receive these steeply discounted rates, your group must pre-regsiter (Mon-Fri) 24 hours before your arrival at BDC. Your group will receive assistance with planning your schedule at Broadway Dance Center at no additional charge.

Group leader has the option of paying in advance, or paying on the day of arrival. Students may not pay individually.

Requirements for Group Rates

  • Six (6) or more dancers
  • Group taking minimum of 10 classes
  • One payment from Group Leader (no individual dancer payments)
  • Pre-registration with Groups Services (Mon-Fri) 24 hours before your arrival at BDC

Private Classes with Broadway Dance Center Master Faculty

16-25 dancers $30.00 per dancer
26-45 dancers $25.00 per dancer
46 or more dancers $22.00 per dancer
For a two hour class it is an additional $10.00 per dancer, standard rate of $550 for 15 or fewer dancers.
   

There are no additional charges associated with private lessons. Two hour privates also available. Observers are welcome to attend, and booking/arrival assistance will be provided at no additional cost.

Payment for a private lesson is due at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.

Private Lesson Cancellation Policy

Your group will be reimbursed the full amount of the private lesson if you cancel a reservation at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

If your group cancels a reservation less than 7 days but more than 24 hours prior to your arrival you will be reimbursed less the following cancellation fee per private lesson.

BDC accepts cash, personal or business checks, traveler’s checks, and credit/debit cards (Master Card/Visa)

Refunds

We will happily provide a refund for prepaid open classes that your group is unable to complete. Refunds for prepaid classes will be issued based on the rate that applies to the actual number of classes taken, not the number anticipated. Refunds are issued in form of a BDC studio check within one week of your group’s last day at BDC. There are no cash refunds.
