Broadway Dance Center’s Summer Intern Program offers a unique opportunity for intensive dance training and the remarkable opportunity to work behind the scenes of one of the world’s largest and most prestigious dance studios.

The Program features Intern-only Master Classes with BDC’s world-renowned Faculty as well as industry-specific seminars, performance opportunities, weekly meetings, and a closing Mock Audition. A nurturing atmosphere of concentrated study assists dancers at all levels of technical study. We welcome serious students of dance ages 18 through 27. Once accepted, Summer Interns have the opportunity to audition for the Pre-Professional Track to be placed in separate but parallel series of more advanced Master Classes.

Come to New York City and join us for a summer of incomparable dance training!

Aisha Jasper never expected she would be a Knicks City Dancer before her program ended. See her on the court at every New York CIty Knicks home game! Though he believed his SIP mock audition was just for practice, Travis Ward was surprised by an offer from MSA agency and a chance to perform with Maria Torres at an upcoming show at its end. Congrats Travis! Elliote Henderson's program gave her more opportunites then she imagined. By end she was offered a job with Disney Cruises, representation by MSA, and a performance with Maria Torres! Veteran intern Jessica Miranda loved the internship even more the second time around. She now enjoys representation under MSA through her mock audition and hard work in SIP.
