Teacher Bio

A competitive gymnast for 13 years and collegiate track and field competitor, Traci Copeland began her yoga experience in 2005. Feeling defeated from a recurring knee problem which felt worse after certain Bikram poses, she soon found a Vinyasa style within the Strala method that met her needs.

Class Descriptions

All Levels Power Vinyasa Yoga

This style of yoga is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to moving with your breath. The class can vary in sequencing from planks to standing balances mixed with certain elements of dance to maintain strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The class welcomes first timers as well as intermediate/advanced yogi’s. This particular style of yoga is more athletic and allows you to burn more calories on the mat. The class also vibes to music ranging from Lenny Kravitz, Seal, to Eddie Vetter.
