Shea Sullivan has worked in film, television and theater as a choreographer. For 20 years, Shea was the protégé of Tony Award-winning Choreographer Henry LeTang. Shea assisted Mr. LeTang on many projects and taught with him until his passing in April 2007. She was the assistant choreographer to Mr. Letang for the Showtime movie, Bojangles, starring Gregory Hines.

Shea credits her understanding of the work of a choreographer to the unique relationship she had with Mr. LeTang. Shea recently received a Carbonell Award for choreography for the second consecutive year.

Gregory Hines had this to say about Shea Sullivan: “Shea Sullivan is part of the new breed of tap dancer/choreographer, who can dazzle with speed or funk….but she also has her roots in the great, back-in-the-day classic style of masters like Henry LeTang and Eleanor Powell. Shea can do it all.” Visit Shea at
