Originally born in Boston, raised in Buffalo, Jacquie Maitner moved to NYC in 2013 after graduating with her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from SUNY Buffalo.
As a sophomore dance major in college Jacquie experienced major mobility issues and pain in her lower back. This HIIT style Pilates class will work to build strength, stamina, and stability. Class will begin with a gentle warm-up to ignite the core and connect to your breath. It will accelerate in intensity throughout the 90-minutes. This fusion class will focus on proper alignment while moving through a fast-paced, vigorous sequence of Pilates exercises and variations. This class will challenge your mind and body, accelerate your heart rate and leave you with that sweet sense of accomplishment.
