Katie Thrasher is a New York based dancer and group fitness Instructor. She currently teaches multiple formats at Equinox including Athletic Conditioning, Metcon, Cardio Blast, Core Conditioning, Inner Athlete, PGX, and Bootcamp, and is known for her killer AB series.

Class combines cardio bursts to get your heart rate up to help burn calories throughout the day, body weight exercises to build strength, as well as lots of core work, including an AB finisher in which you will feel every AB muscle you knew you had, and probably a few more.
