This class is designed for students who want to train, grow and explore contemporary movement with floorwork technique and street styles elements (street jazz, footwork). Class starts with a full warm up that integrates stretching, strengthening and technique work. Students will then be going across the floor exploring some floorwork movements used in the choreography. The last part of class is dedicated to learning choreography, focusing on technique, musicality, pickup, finding textures and dynamics and above all having fun and finding release and freedom through the movement!
